I have attached my blueprint draft in an email on angel because I was unable to get it to show up on my actual blog. I'm not very blog savvy I guess. I left out the weighting aspect because I was unsure on how to do it. I know that I want the students’ grade on the debate to be the most weighted/most important but I was unsure on how to separate out the other aspects. Any comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Sally, I totally agree with you a 100% that it was difficult to upload the blueprints to the blogs. Anyway, commenting on your blueprint:
ReplyDeletefirst, I believe that this blueprint is not for a test; it looks like it's a summative project. Is this correct? Also, I like how you will have the students debate the pros and cons about Utopian Society but I think you should also list some topics of pros and cons that you have them debate. Also, I wasn't sure if you didn't put the percentages of each topic on which you will be assessing your students on purpose or you forgot. Please explain...thanks.
Hi, Sally!
ReplyDeleteI think a lot of us had difficulties with putting our blueprints on our blogs! I think your blueprint looks very organized. I like the use of charts, there are several ideas that I could modify for my blueprint! The percentages were very difficult, I guessed at mine, well I completed them as they made sense in my head, lol! See you in class:).
Hi Sally, It looks to me like you are shooting for a project rather than a traditional test. Nice! I like how you have questions at various levels, but I noticed that there was not a description of point distributions. Assuming that the sections are equally weighted, I think you are headed in the right direction!
